Howdy, I’m Kyle Spencer (aka Kylesdesign) welcome to my site! I’m a native of the SF Bay Area currently residing in the East Bay. I cut my teeth working at a printing and graphics company as a teen, contributing to the music magazine BravEar (kudos to those that remember it!) and illustrating my first book at 17. Being young and naive I didn’t think there was a living to be made in drawing, so I started school in the graphic design department of the Academy of Art College. Somewhere in the mix, my love of playing with paints won out and I graduated with a BA in illustration, although professionally I have worked as a designer for most of the last several years. I enjoy diverse creative pursuits and like to keep the challenges coming so I can stay on my toes.

When I’m not pushing a mouse or a pencil I’m most likely getting into mischief with Honey “the baddest dog in the world,” or carting my senior pup Bruce around in his “Bruce papoose.”
